Terms of Service

1. What UberLLM is
UberLLM is an API that sends your requests for text, image, video and audio models to third-party providers and bills you for each request from a prepaid credit balance. By creating an account or using the API you agree to these terms.
Models are run by third parties, not by UberLLM. Their answers can be wrong, incomplete or offensive. You are responsible for checking output before you rely on it.
2. Your account
One account per person or organisation. Creating several accounts to get around limits, bans or offers is not allowed, and we may close accounts that do so.
Keep your API keys secret. Anything sent with your key is billed to your account. If a key leaks, revoke it in the dashboard; you can set spending limits per key.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use UberLLM.
3. Credit and billing
You pay in advance by adding credit. Adding credit has a 5% card fee, shown before you pay. Each request is billed what the provider charged for it, never above the price listed for that model when you sent it, with no UberLLM fee on top.
Requests that fail before the provider starts answering are not billed. Every request and its cost is listed in Activity in your dashboard.
Credit does not expire while your account is open. Credit is not cash and cannot be transferred to another account. Unused credit can be refunded on request within 30 days of purchase, minus any credit already spent; email us from the address on your account.
If a payment is refunded or charged back, the matching credit is removed from your balance.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use UberLLM to break the law; to create sexual content involving minors; to harass, defraud or impersonate people; to make malware or attack systems; or to break the usage policies of the model provider you call.
Do not resell access in a way that hides the requests you send, overload the service on purpose, or try to get around rate limits, prices or account limits.
We may suspend a key or account that breaks these rules, and may report illegal content to the authorities.
5. Your content
You own what you send and what the models return to you, as far as the law and the provider’s terms allow. We do not claim rights to it and do not use it to train models. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep.
6. Sellers
If you list capacity for sale, you must have the right to resell it under your own provider’s terms. Payouts are made for requests your offer actually served, after any refunds or chargebacks on them.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep UberLLM running, but it is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that any model, provider or price will be available at a given time. Prices move with the market and are shown before you send a request.
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will post it here and on the changelog before it takes effect. Using UberLLM after that means you accept the new terms.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, UberLLM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what you do with model output. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Closing your account
You can stop using UberLLM at any time. To close your account and get any refundable credit back, email [email protected]. We may close an account that breaks these terms; credit bought legitimately and not spent is refunded unless the account was used for fraud.
